This was the first movie in Razzie history to win in every category: Worst Picture, Worst Director (Dennis Dugan), Worst Actor (Adam Sandler as Jack), Worst Actress (Adam Sandler as Jill), Worst Supporting Actor (Al Pacino), Worst Supporting Actress (David Spade as Monica), Worst Screen Couple (Adam Sandler and Katie Holmes or Pacino and Sandler), Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel (Remake/Ripoff of Glen or Glenda (1953)), Worst Screenplay, and Worst Screen Ensemble. It now holds the record for most Razzie Award "wins" by one film in a single year, with ten awards, including Worst Picture of 2011. The record was previously held by I Know Who Killed Me (2007), with eight awards, including Worst Picture of 2007.

When Jill goes to the picnic with Felipe the grandma is knocked out. The family rushes around her and one says give her Jalapenos. The peppers they give her are Cayenne peppers not Jalapenos.

After the credits, one member of the previously shown twins conducts a sight gag. He 'inflates' his stomach to a noticeably larger size. He than pantomimes using a large pin to 'pop' his stomach, deflating it to normal size.
