- [Rumble follows Seaspray and Alana to the Well of Transformation]
- Rumble: [his form changing] Hey! What's going on?
- Alana: You must think of a tree. It's your only chance. A big tree with big roots and spreading branches. Otherwise, you'll never escape total oblivion.
- Rumble: Okay! I'm tryin'! I'm tryin'!
- [Rumble becomes a tree]
- Rumble: Phew, that was close!... Hey, wait a minute! You tricked me!
- [Alana turns herself into a pink gondola Transformer]
- Alana: [to Seaspray] You like? A temporary measure for fighting Decepticons. But I do think I picked a nice color. Don't you?
- [first lines]
- Seaspray: [pulling a water skiing Bumblebee around a lake] Hey, Bumblebee! What do you think of waterskiing so far?
- Bumblebee: Whoooaa!
- [Bumblebee notices that he is heading toward a ramp]
- Bumblebee: Nooo!
- [Bumblebee tries to jump the ramp, but slides and falls headfirst into the water, losing his water-skis. He exits the lake, dripping water. Seaspray joins him, patting on his shoulder]
- Seaspray: Bumblebee, you are great!
- Bumblebee: [pants] Yeah! For a submarine.
- Seaspray: [points to the sky] Hey, look. The first star of the evening. What do you say we make a wish?
- [Seaspray and Bumblebee sit down on a rock. Bumblebee shakes water off his head]
- Bumblebee: I know what MY wish is. No more waterskiing. How 'bout yours?
- Seaspray: Mmm, can't tell ya, Bumblebee, 'cause then it won't come true.
- Perceptor: Indubitably a sophisticated cryptograph, and while I can't decipher its specific elements, the general pattern makes it clear that a request for assistance is indicated.
- Optimus Prime: In other words, someone out there needs help.
- Cosmos: I can take Bumblebee, Perceptor, and Seaspray, but Optimus, you're just too big!
- Optimus Prime: Don't worry, Cosmos. You guys are on your own this time. And good luck!
- Alana: [earlier, a droid fell into the Well and dissolved] The Well of Transformation dissolves the body, leaving only the essence, which can then reform into whatever new body we choose.
- [demonstrates by climbing into the Well and becoming a mermaid]
- Seaspray: Wanna give it a try?
- Alana: No! You're robots! You saw what happened to the droids. Please.
- Alana: Deceptitran's no longer in charge! We Tlalocons are taking our destiny back into our own hands!
- Seaspray: Even the least of your people can transform. Do you really think that I would disappear like the droids?
- Alana: You're machines, aren't you?
- Seaspray: Is that how you think of me?
- Alana: Seaspray, you're my friend!
- Seaspray: Maybe that is all I am, a bunch of transistors and bolts... but I don't believe it! My heart may look like an energon pump, but that doesn't mean it can't feel!
- Alana: No, Seaspray! Don't!
- Seaspray: I have to find out!
- [climbs into the well]
- Alana: SEASPRAY!
- Deceptitran: Megatron! This is Deceptitraan! You must save me! My floating city's under attack!
- Megatron: Why should I bother, you hysterical computer?
- Deceptitran: If you don't, all my energon will be destroyed!
- Megatron: I care nothing for the computer, but the energon must be saved!
- Bumblebee: [sarcastic] I wonder what made them change their minds!
