Finals Week begins with Masterclass in food science wizardry from Heston Blumenthal.

The top 3 contestants cook aboard a British Navy warship HMS Illustrious for a crew of 600 sailors and then the 50 officers. Breakfast lunch and dinner.

The top 3 finalists must go work in 3 Michelin Starred restaurants during lunchtime service.

The top 3 finalists each must audition for Good Food Live cookery show.

Mark, Caroline and Thomasina must cook the best 3 course meal of their lives for the judges to crown a winner.
