- Optimus Prime: How is Skyfire, Ratchet?
- Ratchet: Not good. He was badly damaged.
- Cliffjumper: I don't get it. Why repair a Decepticon?
- Hound: He tried to save us.
- Ratchet: And Starscream blasted him for it!
- [last lines]
- Ratchet: The energy drain has been stopped.
- Bumblebee: The Earth'll heat up again.
- Hound: And the Decepticons are defeated.
- Spike Witwicky: But Skyfire is... is gone.
- Optimus Prime: He won't be forgotten, Spike. He will live forever so long as freedom exists. We shall remember you, Skyfire.
- Skyfire: [aiming at the Autobots] Destruction to all Autobots!
- [fires at them sending them diving for cover]
- Sparkplug Witwicky: Hit the ice, Spike! He's gonna fire again!
- [dives down while Spike slides into the water]
- Spike Witwicky: Dad, help!
- Sparkplug Witwicky: Grab hold, son. Hurry!
- [he pulls Spike to safety. Skyfire fires at the ice, cutting off the ice flow from land]
- Spike Witwicky: We've gotta get back to land!
- [tries to jump, but Sparkplug holds him back]
- Sparkplug Witwicky: No, it's too big a jump. Unless one of the Autobots rescues us, we're done for.
- Spike Witwicky: Optimus! Hound! Somebody, help us!
- Sparkplug Witwicky: Hurry!
- Cliffjumper: Spike and Sparkplug are in trouble. They need us.
- Hound: We can't move while that big guy's got us pinned down.
- Spike Witwicky: Help!
- Skyfire: Strange voices. Must be coming from Earth creatures. I'll try to communicate with them.
- [walks over to where Spike and Sparkplug are and picks them up]
- Sparkplug Witwicky: Keep your big mitts off of me!
- Spike Witwicky: Let go of us, please!
- Sparkplug Witwicky: Help! Optimus Prime!
- Skyfire: Why are you so frightened? I will not harm you.
- Spike Witwicky: Then why are you wearing the Decepticon symbol?

- Spike Witwicky: The Autobots are not evil, they're good. They're fighting to protect our planet and all us humans.
- Sparkplug Witwicky: He's right. You Decepticons are the real monsters!
- Skyfire: No, no, that can't be true. I'll prove we are not evil. I'll take you to Megatron, my leader. He'll show you that you have nothing to fear.
- [carries them off. The other Autobots aim at him]
- Optimus Prime: No. You might hit Spike and Sparkplug. We've got to find a safer way to rescue them. If there is one.
