There are many sexual jokes and innuendos in some of the tv shows you can watch in the player's apartments.

Walking through night club bathrooms you can hear sex.

Niko can have sex with some female characters. The dating system is an optional part of the game. You have the option of saying goodbye to the girl, which sometimes ends in Niko and the girl kissing, or being invited into their apartment. The girl will be heard moaning and making sexual comments for a few seconds if this happens.

The opening scene features a man in his underwear being whipped by a woman, also in her underwear.

There are two strip clubs in the game. The player has to go into two of them in a couple missions or can go into them anytime they like with friends or girlfriends or by themself. Women in bras and bikinis dance on poles and walk around the club sometimes asking the player for a private dance. Niko and the woman make comments flirting with each other while the girl dances if they do this. A second girl joins if the player chooses to continue up to a third dance.

In some of Niko's apartments, there are posters with women in bikini's on the walls throughout the the house but no nudity.

The player can pick up prostitutes if they wish. If they go to a secluded area, they can get a handjob, oral sex, or intercourse depending on how much they pay. Moaning from the girl and sexual comments from the player are heard. There is no nudity during this.

In the Misison "Do You have Protection?" You have to go into a sex shop and get money from an adult film star producer. The adult film star is fully clothed. The shop features several posters of women in bikinis and underwear as well as some sex toys.

Like in any GTA IV-based game, you can visit strip clubs and pick up prostitutes.

Niko has the ability to execute mob bosses or gang runners with a pistol, this leads to a bloody mess as blood squirts from their head.

F**k, s*it and bi**h are used occasionally but not often while other milder terms such as Damn, and Hell are used more often.

Occasional uses of fuck and 1 use of whore but is very hard hear hear because the person saying it has a Irish accent.

One Jamaican offensive word "bomboclat" used in some occasions.

F**k is used 26 times in the campaign. May seem like a lot but it's in an over 10 hour campaign.

The Profanity slurs in this game is as bad as in San Andreas & V, but there is still constant use of strong language.

At least one or more uses of Sp*c is used towards a hispanic person, harshly. A character also repeatedly refers to Luis by the N-word, to which Luis takes offence.

Additional foul language such as "Fuck", "Shit", "Bitch", "Damn", "Hell" and some limited uses of "Whore" are also used.

A few occasions of characters doing cocaine and one under the influence of pills.

One character is a meth addict.

A man is implied to be a heroin addict. He is never shown using it, but it is talked about. He is however high on it in one phone call. He also is shown drinking an unknown alcoholic substance and is high on something during his first cutscene, as he says "that's pretty good gear". He also snorts cocaine in another cutscene.

A woman is implied to be a heroin addict. She is never shown using it, but is talked about.

There's an optional champagne drink-off minigame.

Marijuana has a very prominent role among the Jamaican characters in-game.

A character named Elizabeta is heavily addicted to cocaine. She is seen snorting it many times. However, she isn't a huge character throughout the whole story.

A woman is a crystal meth addict. She is shown high on it in one cutscene.

A side mission character is a crack addict. He is also high on cocaine in his first cutscene, as he says "this coke is okay". His second mission involves driving him to a dealer to pick up some crack.

A character is a recovering alcoholic in another side mission. He can be seen drunk in a story mission cutscene before this where he bumps into Niko in a bar.

The violence can be very graphic.

Niko's past is discussed at length throughout the game's plot, particularly him being involved in the Yugoslav Wars and a traitor giving his squad up for money. On some occasions he describes the events of the war, saying he "watched my friends die", and saw "a line of fifty children with their throats slit and their hands chopped off", and that "it ruined me".

Of all the Grand Theft Auto games, this's most probably the toughest game in the series. It doesn't hold back in nudity, violence or drug use in anyway.

Since this is a Grand Theft Auto game (Expansion), there is most likely going to be a lot of violence. However, TBOGT is more over-the-top then it's counter-part the Lost and the Damned or Grand Theft Auto 4 itself.

The dramatic nature of the game, although layered with comical elements, may unsettle some players especially with the extreme amounts of violence. The story's depth is surprising and emotional.

Many viewers may consider the violence, anti-law, sexual content, drug use and language to be offensive.
