In the first scene, while Laura is writing her name on the man's cast, we see she has written her first and last name, but as the camera angle switches to show them sitting in front of the fireplace, and she is only writing the first letters, L and A. Then the camera angle switched back to show that she has written her full name with a heart at the end.
