Goofs
Kellin states that people will start to forget her by the next day. It stands to reason that people within close proximity to her, such as Chakotay who worked with her each day, might be exposed to Kellin frequently enough that they never fully forget about her while she is still on the ship--but maybe not.

Regardless, crew who are around Kellin less frequently would constantly be forgetting about her, yet there is no mention of her facing the difficulty of having to remind people who she is every day for over two weeks.
