In the first scene, with the "death of the week", the girl in roller blades is hit and killed by a car. The stunt woman, in the sequence of the hitting, is clearly not wearing roller blades, but simple sneakers. That's because performing such a stunt wearing roller blades should be extremely dangerous, even for the most skilled of stunt people, but nonetheless it's a bit too evident.
