Goofs
When Jerry reveals The Move to George, he warns him that more than a 1 foot differential in their heights could 'really hurt his neck', but Putty is more than a foot taller than Elaine.

He can still try the move at the risk of a neck injury. It's also possible that Jerry left out this detail when he explained it to David.
