All us kids back in the day loved this stuff, especially with the on-going feud between Riggs and tennis champ Billy Jean King. What many fans don't know (or remember), is Bobby was a world wide tennis champion back in the 40s, all that overshadowed in later years with the rise of many new stars, foremost Billy Jean.

So the guys play a wild game of ping pong, and will Oscar win? Wait and see, worth every single minute in this slice of bananas comedy. You have to admit, Bobby Riggs made a funny comedian and character actor. Yes, Billy Jean makes a surprise appearance, the cherry on the top.

Directed by Lucille Ball's favorite director, Jack Donohue no less. Written by one of the best in the biz, Mickey Rose, who for decades wrote Johnny Carson's monologues on the TONIGHT SHOW.
