I agree, the final goofy courtroom showdown, a staple in the series since the beginning, written by Art Baer, known for the LOVE BOAT. Not a love story, though.

Felix has to go to court because he kidnapped an innocent collie from the hands of a mean as heck trainer, played by John Fiedler. John could play both helpless, timid victims and nasty guys. No poster child for animal rights here.

The courtroom scene is chock full of silly one-liners, best bits between Felix and Oscar. Oscar is again put on the stand and Felix sets out to destroy the poor guy. Bill Idelson, who also wrote for the show, plays the judge who has had it with Felix, if not everything else. For all us sitcom fans, look for Cliff Norton as Fishkin. He was a frequent guest star on BEWITCHED.

Yes, even Hollywood gossip columnist Rona Barrett gets into the act.

Hats off to the cast and crew in this one.
