Oscar has a radio talk show and Felix wants to turn it into a 1940s style radio program.

A very funny episode starting with Felix trying to tell Oscar to be a hostile Don Rickles style host. He has some hilarious encounters with irate listeners. We also meet Tina (Tina Andrews) Oscar's new secretary,a cute black girl. She says Myrna is on vacation. The final scene has lots of laughs as Felix and Oscar try to act out a radio play of The Babe Ruth Story.
