Felix's brother Floyd,president of a bubble gum company,convinces Felix to leave the city and go to Buffalo as the company's new general manager.

An amusing episode with William Redfield playing Floyd, a much less fussy version of Felix, he tells Oscar how Felix is driving everyone crazy. Funniest scenes show Felix coming up with ideas like broccoli flavored gum, wash and dry napkins to go with the package and instead of baseball cards he suggests Great Moments In Opera!
