Trivia
When the Robot is going haywire, he spouts gibberish including the phrase "Klaatu barada nikto". This is the robot password from The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951). He also at one point claims to be Robby the Robot who first appeared in Forbidden Planet (1956).

Goofs
The Robot has backward feet, yet in some long shots Micky Dolenz' normal feet can be seen. An example is when he leads Davy Jones and Peter Tork across the sand to the spaceship.
