Charles, speaking of the forbidden use of curare, says: "What enrages me is that in trained hands such as ours, the drug poses no problem." This is ironic because in the episode "The Light That Failed", Charles nearly kills a patient with curare (albeit accidentally, but still carelessly).

Goofs
Before getting the French wine, Klinger has an encounter with the company clerk from a Canadian unit who teases him by reminding him that the Montreal Royals always beat the Toledo Mud Hens. This would be impossible considering that the team played in rival triple A leagues (the Royals in the International League, and the Mud Hens were at the time in the American Association) and never faced each other in a regular or post season game.
