Nicky demands 120 milligrams of dilaudid, and his girlfriend Desiree confirms that it's hi "usual dose". Dilaudid is typically administered in 0.5-1.0 milligram increments. Even in opioid tolerant patients the maximum dose is 8 milligrams. A 120 milligram dose would almost certainly produce a rapid death.
