The Goodies go to Wales to perform at the Eisteddfod on Llan-dlubber Island. The festival means bored stiff in English. The Goodies decide to spice it and liven it up.

That brings him to the attention of The Reverend Llewellyn Llewellyn Llewellyn Llewellyn (Jon Pertwee.) He runs a strict ministry that forbids fun of any kind. Hence why the Eisteddfod is long and boring.

The Goodies have broken one of the thousand cardinal sins the ministry observes. The Reverend decrees that the Goodies are beheaded.

They respond by claiming Welsh heritage. The Reverend allows them to take part in an ecclesiastical rugby match for all faiths.

It is some episode as it mocks the Welsh, religious groups and Mary Whitehouse.

Once again some creative stuff from the Goodies as they put on a show for the bored Welsh audience. I could not help it was a bit saucy as well.

Pertwee is great fun, hamming it up in the style of his music hall roots.
