Fire '77

Shabushabu really is a Japanese dish, but it is a popular type of hotpot that doesn't contain any of the compost-like ingredients Yemana put in, or require hours of simmering and stirring. It's prepared at table just before and while eating, usually with choice cuts of steak sliced so thinly they cook in a matter of seconds. It's also pleasantly fragrant, rather than odoriferous. On the other hand, Yemana's particular take on it could be an extension of his infamous coffee disasters.
