Going Out of My Head Over You

The psychologist Larry (Bill Daily) was Bob Newhart's next door neighbor on The Bob Newhart Show (1972), where Bob played a psychologist. In addition, his patient on this episode, Mr. Carlin (Jack Riley), was Bob's patient as well. ALF says in this episode that he knows about psychology because he used to watch the show.

At the end of the closing credits of episode, Alf is heard laughing.
