- Max: the price must come back immediately
- Peter Kingsley: [as Eve enters his office] it's still worth acquiring any available shares
- Max: [referring to Alex Hewitt] do we still have our problem?
- Peter Kingsley: no, that'll be taken care of
- Max: this must go smoothly
- Peter Kingsley: don't worry about it
- Max: [before hanging up] I have to go
- Peter Kingsley: what'd you get?
- Eve: phone recordings and data
- Peter Kingsley: but no Hewitt?
- Eve: we got there as soon as we could but we didn't have enough "lead time." Remember, everything, including Hewitt was supposed to be vaporized last night
- Peter Kingsley: I'm not gonna let some pimple faced techie ruin everything we've planned. If he gets brought in and testifies, there's gonna be no place for any of us to hide
- Peter Kingsley: [after speaking to Sherry over the phone] Sherry Palmer has Alex Hewitt
- Eve: what'd she want?
- Peter Kingsley: I'm getting this feeling that I'm getting set up: Hewitt's just the bait to draw me into the open
- Eve: so, what are you gonna do?
- Peter Kingsley: I don't have any choice, I'm gonna have to play this out. Scott will have shooters in place Sherry Palmer and whoever else she's involved with in this won't leave there alive and then I'm heading out of the country. Time to move things up around here... now
- Eve: is there anything I can do for you?
- Peter Kingsley: you have already have done so much. I'll see you in Lisbon next week
- Peter Kingsley: [while hugging her] I am enormously grateful
