A foot chase scene is taken onto a train where a man draws a gun, passengers scream, he chases another man through several cars, fires a bullet around a terrified woman, and more bullets are fired; then a car speeds into the train, becomes wedged in the side of the train and is dragged through a tunnel (there are lots of sparks), and the train derails and falls into a river which kills all the passengers onboard.

A man on a train dangles from the end of one high above a crevasse. Another man then grabs and rescues him, but the man shoots him in the chest. Their train car then falls a long way, hitting the sides and eventually getting wedged in the chasm. A woman is then about ready to shoot the man, but the train car slips and falls hard into a body of water below.

There is a scene where a man is trained and fights with his master using knives, he manages to overpower him and swing his blade at his neck (blood shown).

A man drives a trash truck through a fence and various cars before backing through a gate at a textile factory. Lots of machine gun fire hits his truck, but he manages to unload hordes of rats equipped with plastic explosives. Seeing them everywhere, A man tries shooting some and kicks one away. We then see various big explosions rocking the factory.

In the movie, rats are used as explosives with watches that detonate.

We see three fresh cadavers on big meat hooks (through their chests) for target practice. A man initially thinks they're realistic looking fakes until he gets up close and pokes one. A shot is then fired into the head of one directly behind the man, startling him.

A man tries to punch another man, the man then points his gun at his face before he does so, and shoots him in the eye then uses him as a human shield while shooting through his skull (his brain matter is shown).

Human corpses hanging from a ceiling are used for target practice.

The film depicts dozens of scenes with several individuals shooting automatic weapons at one another, with several deaths that show small red holes between the eyes or at the heart level of the chest; the scenes show the bullets entering the bodies in slow motion and several drops of blood spurting out from the wound or a large blob of bright red blood flowing out of the mouth, and additional wounds occur to arms and one foot, through a shoe.

A victim's head is impaled on a pistol and the shooter uses the body as a shield as he continues to shoot through the head.
