This is one of many films in a sub-par collection of animated shorts entitled "Avoid Eye Contact: Volume One". 

This and another cartoon by George Griffin (A LITTLE ROUTINE) were included in this collection. Both shorts are really sublime--beyond my ability to adequately describe them in words. My advice is that if you like cutting-edge cartoons, give this one a try. It's continually changing images and odd style (including the artist's hands being in some of the scenes) are truly unique. The plot involves a sales meeting, but really this is just an excuse to do all these cartoon tricks and make a film that is more like performance art than a traditional animated narrative.
