Hulk Hogan and Shawn Michaels were supposed to have had a trilogy of PPV matches where Shawn wins one and Hogan wins the other two because he was the bigger star. Hogan initially agreed, then changed his mind much later, demanding he win their only encounter. This led to Michaels overselling every move Hogan did to him.

Goofs
There's a moment in the ladder match where Eddie Guerrero struggles for a long time trying to detach the briefcase from the lock, to the point where Rey Mysterio had to get back into the action. Eddie then clearly yells to the referee "Where the f - - is Vickie?" Eddie's wife, Vickie Guerrero missed her cue to tip the ladder over.
