Not terrible, though very badly dubbed into English, this Euro porn exercise made in Budapest with an Italian crew but a cast largely untutored in Italian, provides minor diversion thanks to an attractive cast.

Story exploits a simple gimmick based on wife-swapping: two friendly couples turn out to have previously been married to the others' spouses. In flashbacks we see how one set was caught cheating by the others, but instead of creating acrimony they all live happily ever after by the two divorces and remarriages.

Show climaxes with a dinner party for six where another couple is invited and group-sex results. But a cute touch has the orgy featuring each current couple having sex with zero swapping involved.

Sandra Romain and Nick Lang, both all-time international greats, make up one current couple, while Frank Major (now a leading director fo Dorcel) and Alexa May are the other. Guest couple consists of busy James Brossman and the gorgeous Cristina Bella.

Oddly, the Backstage short subject on the DVD shows the shooting script titled as "Una Storia Moderna", which translated is the DVD's English title, while the movie's original Italian title for release is "Scambio di letti" instead, which roughly translates to "Bed Exchange".

The romance genre features the theme of romantic relationships and emotional connections between characters. These stories focus on the development of love, desire, and intimacy between protagonists, often exploring the challenges, conflicts, and triumphs that arise in their relationships.
