Six women operate secretly in the darkness of a crime-ridden metropolis. On the surface, they are dancers working at the club "Dollhouse." In reality, they are part of a secret organization called "Dolls" that fights against crime.
With the help of Sakurauchi (Yoshiyuki Kazuko), Reiko (Matsushita Yuki) pays the bail money and frees Mika (Adachi Yumi) from the police. She also becomes a guarantor and makes Mika a member of the "Dollhouse".
When Sakurauchi (Yoshiyuki Kazuko) comes to visit Reiko (Matsushita Yuki), she is shown a photo. It is a challenge to the police that was left at the scene of a shooting murder that occurred a few days earlier.
Natsuki (Eiko Koike) finds her younger brother Junichi (Shota Saito) injured and curled up. Natsuki decides to hide Junichi without telling Reiko (Yuki Matsushita) and the other members.
Mika goes out to buy groceries at the command of Reiko, but ends up shoplifting. When she gets into a fight with a security guard, she is saved by detective Saeki, and Mika begins to have feelings for Saeki.
One of the members of the counterfeiting group is caught, and Tazaki (Shiro Sano) is excited that the case is about to be solved. Reiko (Yuki Matsushita) is also ordered by Sakurauchi (Kazuko Yoshiyuki) to investigate the rest of the group
While Reiko (Matsushita Yuki) and the other Dolls are practicing their dance as usual, they receive a call that Sakurauchi (Yoshiyuki Kazuko) has been shot by someone and is in critical condition, so Reiko rushes to the hospital.
Reiko (Matsushita Yuki) is called by Sakurauchi (Yoshiyuki Kazuko) and ordered to capture an internationally wanted man who has been reported to have returned to Japan.
Foreign dignitary Secretary White visits Japan. Foreign Minister Tamaki Akiko (Nakao Mie) and her husband welcome him. Meanwhile, Dollhouse receives information raising concerns about Secretary White's assassination.
Three parents and children are shot to death. Saeki (Kagura Toshiki) investigates and finds that the gun used matches the one used in the murder of Mika's (Adachi Yumi) family.
