Some kissing scenes in the show, though nothing inappropriate .

In one episode (The Beach) we see mai and a bunch of boys flirting with Ty Lee, because they find her cute. We see kissing throughout, especially in Book 3, but nothing passionate. We see Katara and Aang in their bathing suits/underwear in a couple of episodes.

Katara is bathing in a pond in season 3, we don't see anything and it's not the main focus of the scene.

In The Tales Of Ba Sing Se (Season 2 Episode 15) Katara and Toph are in a sauna wearing only towels. Nothing is shown and the scene goes on for about 10 seconds.

In one episode, Uncle Iroh bathes naked in a hot spring. He then gets out of it but his privates are covered by Zuko's body. (Nothing is shown). This is meant to be humorous.

A few kisses throughout the show.

Both genders are occasionally seen in their underwear/swimclothes in a nonsexual context. Several characters also wear outfits that expose their midriff.

Some characters flirt with each other.

Mild to Moderate fantasy action violence throughout.

There's mild fight scenes however, blood is rarely shown in the show.

All through season 3, Aang has a wound on his back that some might find scary.

Some fantasy violence, mostly using airbending, waterbending, earthbending and firebending.

The violence in this show is very minimal with no blood in most circumstances. The combat primary consists of hand to hand or stick to stick fighting.

Mild fighting and action throughout the entire series, with no blood and gore.

Many of the fighting and action scenes include elemental magic, with characters manipulating earth, fire, water and air.

Some characters occasionally get minor burns.

Characters are seen with scars. In particular, the character of Zuko is always seen with a scar on the left side of his face.

Team Avatar characters insult each other in most episodes.

Many uses of stupid throughout.

Katara calls Sokka a, "Sexist" in the first episode.

Some name-calling.

Mild name calling.

Cactus juice is consumed in one episode resulting in a reaction from Sokka, similar to someone on psychoactive drugs. However it's unlikely that younger viewers would pick up on this.

Nothing, in one episode, Sokka drinks cactus juice in the desert which has effects like some drugs.

One of the characters, Azula, is a murderous, deranged and disturbingly violent person, who is shown using violence, threats and emotional manipulation for her own pleasure and to achieve her goals. The viewers are led to believe she doesn't shy away from murder and torture to get what she wants.

Fire Lord Ozai is extremely cruel and menacing. When he makes his first on-screen appearance in "The Awakening", it shows how ruthless and tyrannical he is.

A character has a mental breakdown after a battle

Mild/Moderate in most episodes.

Mild/Severe for neurodivergent viewers.

The villains can be violent at times.

A character has a permanent 3rd degree burn on his face.

Tantrums/emotional breakdowns are shown at times.

Azula and some villains are savage.
