Petra runs a railroad in a corner of Macedonia in Yugoslavia. He wanted to be a fisherman. His mother insisted he not be a peasant. So now he runs one train a. Day out of three that reach his little village on a lake., The rest of the time he ambles along and tries not to think about how they do things differently elsewhere. He is content with how they do them in his own little corner of the world. He knows change will come. But not today. Maybe tomorrow.
