Cauterize have a hidden video for the hit song Choke in the game. The video was shot in the bands home town at the college pub they all attended school at!
After being the opening act on the Nintendo Fusion tour, the band's hit single Choke became the theme song for the game 1080 Avalanche and all the commercials that followed, they also have the single Killing Me in the game as well.
It's possible to make the game appear pixelated by using a cheat code. This can be done while using the Old School Board, pausing the game and pressing Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B and unpausing the game.
A Mario sprite from Super Mario All-Stars appears on the bottom of Ricky Winterborn's unlockable "8-bit Soul" snowboard. The alternate version of the board has Luigi on it.
