A young female character often pulls a lot of funny or violent pranks on two older brothers.
The show has Mild Violence like fall down, mild fight scenes, crash, hit, etc. It's all comical and slapstick, but there's occasional blood and injuries, but minor though.
In one episode Josh's foot is crushed by a barbell, and he has to go to the hospital for a surgery on it.
Two teenagers fight in a comical way in a lot of episodes, it's supposed to be funny and it's nothing more than jumping on each-other and slapping each-other.
