Derek McGrath narrates John Wledon's tale of the travails of Dorothy, a girl with bad hair, affectionate but absent parents, and a problem of having random animals devouring her homework. While her classmates make up feeble excuses and are granted top grades, Dorothy's actual events just get her sent to a counselor who explains these are just manifestations of a battered id.

It's a very amusing tale, with many funny details, and one of those ugly childish designs of stop-motion work that complement the story effectively. However, the entirety of the story and the vast majority of its jokes lay in the narration, making the visual components rather superfluous.
