Honest depiction of urgent need of reform

The literal translation of the title of this film is: the Warrant of Arrest that's soon to be Issued.

This film is a true depiction of the old legal system that is urgently needed to be reformed.  The plot is fake, but the story is repeated frequently in real life after the end of the Cultural Revolution until the legal reform in the early 1980's.
