The literal translation of the title is Returning Like an Arrow.

The true story of a guerrilla member who was separated from his unit in the heat of battle and eventually overcame great difficulties and returned to his unit.  The protagonist was portrayed all right, but the rest of the cast was just so-so, and thus lowered the overall performance.
