A total family time pass. Jayan is an incorrigible flirt. He marries Srividya ( a domestic homely girl ) after a whirlwind romance .

They settle down to domesticity . He gets a new steno a stylish angle Indian girl Seema . Not only himself but his entire office starts rooting for her . She brings in much needed glamour in his drab quite office .

He starts reaching out to her spinning some story about his wife being bed ridden . She sympathises a lot with him .They draw close. She herself has an ailing father at home .

His wife Srividya is unaware of all this and does her wifely duties with devotion and affection.

His friend ( another flirt himself ) some how lets out this info to her . Srividya comes to know and is aghast . Seema comes to meet her to show sympathy and understanding . She is shocked to see a pretty young good looking wife at home . She expected an ailing dying spouse of Jayan.

Both women confront each other . Sad and shocked Seema resigns .

Srividya joins her husband's office as a steno. There are no scoldings or heavy lines between the spouses . Over all its a fine family comedy . Sriviyda is a beauty indeed with simple cotton sarees and not much make up. Seema looks every inch the yuppie with minis and bob hair . Jayan is fine as a bumbling husband and boss . A couple of fine songs are thrown in .
