Louise Thompson stars as the eponymous teen 'Roxanna', a woman whose story is told via off screen narration as she experiments with various orientations and combinations, hoping to discover her true sexual identity.

Uschi Digard and Monica Gayle feature as two of her lovers (there are four supposedly distinct variations portrayed although in reality it's only two), the softcore scenes interspersed with vision of Roxanna writhing in agony apparently emotionally tormented by sordid desires that she's unable to reconcile.

Looks like it was made for just a few hundred dollars, shot MOS style without spoken dialogue just the third person narration (a style perhaps more common in art films), psychedelic rock music and the usual moans of ecstasy layering the soundtrack, a paper-thin plot (if you could even call it that, it's more akin to gauze) and no externally shot footage, in all reality if not for the presence of Digard and Gayle (no disrespect to Thompson and others with whom I'm unfamiliar) it's doubtful that this flick would have found an enduring audience.
