This Legend Video series is mediocre, just obvious sex comedy. Casts overlap over the years, but with the talent playing different characters.

This edition stars Herschel Savage and Gwen Summers as U. S. general and colonel fighting the title epidemic, which is making folks all over the world horny. They're holding an international conference in Washington, D. C., and things get silly in a hurry, as nearly everyone at the conference table starts making love.

Evan Stone plays the nominal bad guy, unlikely casting as a scientist who is surreptitiously taking blood samples (he will suddenly poke someone with a hypodermic to draw blood, totally unbelievable) to analyze the disease and sell his secrets to a foreign power. Other characters are silly, like Zarina as a beautiful blonde Russian and John Strong as an Italian.

It's just an excuse for sex scenes, some with and some without condoms. Stealing the show is an extremely sexy, buxom brunette starlet I'd never seen before -Casey Raye, who delivers a tray of cupcakes to Stone and after minimal banter seduces him. Watching her in action is a reason to view this video, and I was surprised how brief her career in porn was, the highlight of which was a starring role (and video box cover girl status) for Jerome Tanner in "Good Time Charlee" with nearly the same cast as "Nymph Fever 3".
