Erotic Angel wanted to follow up on the success of "Nineteen & Naughty" and its sequel, "Nineteen & Naughty 2." Cash Markman had no involvement with those two movies and didn't wish to even screen them. He wanted to start fresh with his own script about a reckless 19 year old who is days away from turning 20 and determined that her life will soon be over. In her mind, the homicidal teen feels she has nothing to lose by living life on the absolute edge. And then, while thumbing for a rise, she meets a brooding man who is old for his years, yet believes in playing life safe in all ways. The short adventure they take together became the basis for "Nineteen & Naughty 3."
