The Honeymooners: The Lost Episodes

Jackie Gleason broke his leg in January 1954 while performing live on his television show. He slipped on a piece of ice on stage, resulting in a broken ankle and leg. Due to the injury, he was unable to appear on the show for several weeks, and friends filled in for him until he recovered. His injury was even written into a Honeymooners sketch in March where Ralph Kramden attempted to sue the bus company for $10,000.
