The calendars through which the time machine falls into the various holidays are all correct for the year the film was released, 1971 ... including New Year's Day and the holidays following, in which (if the holidays were visited in sequence) the calendars should have rolled over to the next year.

Antoine asks "in the rules of April Valley, does it say that the eggs must be given on Easter?" to which Peter replies no. Peter then eventually gives away eggs on St. Patrick's Day. But Colonel Bunny said earlier that whoever delivers the most eggs on Easter becomes the new ruler of April Valley and Chief Easter Bunny. Thus, Peter shouldn't have won at the end.

The Blu-ray release from Classic Media/Universal has most of the songs shortened or removed in their entirety, due to an edited-for-TV print being used.
