Bloody perfect film, with amazing performances from the entire castenough said! Both Sivaji Ganesan and Padmini excel in well-etched roles, they both were 'equally' top-notch, especially Padmini, she was incredible! To say her acting was great would be a freaking understatement. Its one of my all-time favorite performances of her EVER and needless to mention about her dances, they were fabulous as always.

To sum up it's a must watch for anyone who loves quality cinema  a great musical masterpiece. A splendid blend of music and dance, supported by percussion. Each and every single character manages to leave an impact in their respective parts. The casting was just perfect. 10/10
