Canadian bush pilot Wop May is the subject of this National Film Board of Canada's short film, in particular the tale of how he and a companion got the serum to a remote part of Canada.

It's a story worth telling, but Blake James's version of it, while interesting, is not actually a moving picture. It is a common variety of "radio with pictures" in which the images -- handsome done watercolors -- are offered in severely limited number, with a camera moving from one part to the next.
