Cowboy sidekick Andy Devine is on hand for a few laughs, also radio star Arthur Q. Bryon (famous for playing Elmer Fudd opposite Bugs Bunny). Handsome as ever Richard Arlen guests. I agree, an unexpected treat to see baseball legend Ty Cobb on the course, THE star attraction. He invested in Coca Cola following his retirement, and wonder if everybody was cooling off with his drink behind the scenes?

Golf enthusiasts will love to spot Jimmy Demaret, who won the Masters in 1940, the same year this short was filmed, also 1947 and 1950.
