Hunter is united with the 18-year-old daughter he never knew he had. Meanwhile, Ford struggles to figure out how to be gay, Suzanne remains bitter that she married a gay guy, and Norris aspires to be taken seriously as an artist.
Hunter becomes awkward when he realizes he slept with Chloe's roommate. Meanwhile, Ford masquerades as a Scotsman to save Suzanne's job, and Norris lands a job painting a mural for a rock star.
Hunter and Norris set Ford up with guys who are very wrong for him. Meanwhile, Suzanne has a meltdown over a dying mouse, and Norris becomes self-conscious when Chloe remarks that he's stuck in the 1980s.
Ford tricks Hunter into competing in a marathon, in which Norris also unwillingly participates. With the guys out of the house, Suzanne searches for evidence that Ford cared for her.
Upset that Ford isn't in the Halloween spirit, Hunter he drags him to a gay bar. Meanwhile, Suzanne messes with trick-or-treaters, and Norris worries about Chloe, who is attending a rave.
When Hunter becomes smitten with one of Ford's coworkers, Suzanne learns that the woman's not interested in a serious relationship; Norris waits until the last minute to paint a portrait of Ford's boss.
Chloe's mother unexpectedly drops in and is furious to learn that she tracked down Hunter; Norris bonds with houseguest Suzanne, much to Ford's annoyance.
