These dancers are pretty gnarly. Not the A listers in some other Burlesque videos available for viewing.

Same with the comedians.

And then there's the audience. There is none. So there is no bebefit of laughs. Applause seems to be dubbed in.

Burlesque and vaudeville is sadly a lost art. Comedians like Abbott and Costello developed their timing here. It's unfortunate that there isn't an outet like this anymore.

But maybe by the 50s most of the acts were like those in this film and that explains it's demise.
