Several decades later, Christy Canyon has emerged as perhaps the most popular pornstar from the vintage age, her career beginning just as homevideo replaced theatrical porn films. This is one of her many minor movies, made for Vivid by Paul Thomas using his "Judy Blue" pseudonym.

It has a fanciful, though infra dig, screenplay by Rick Marx, who I got to know in the '80s when he was writing many porn scripts, this one using a pseudonym of his "Earl Arno". He makes fun of the sort of New Age types who were into existential philosophy or Zen Buddhism, and undoubtedly while he's being satirical, most viewers of this porn video will make fun of his dialogue.

Christy's equally busty roommate Tianna Taylor is worried about CC's going off the deep end, and the movie is about attempts to "save" her from becoming a fully-absorbed pseudo-intellectual. Randy West plays a crass Hollywood screenwriter who tries to change her tune, while Summer Knight is amusing as a different type of free spirit (for Marx to satirize), riding in on her motorcycle as a stereotyped hippie chick who also seduces CC.

Finally, Nick Rage rides in on a horse like a cowboy version of a knight of old, and wins over CC with his own amateurish reciting of philosophical dialogue.

Except for hard rock ("porno-style") music during Randy West's sex scene with our heroine, the movie has a lulling, romantic lyrical music score, which at one point sounds oddly just like the haunting Howard Shore for scenes in the Shire in "Lord of the Rings", pretty strange in that "Pretty in Peach" (dumb title) was made a decade before that Tolkien epic.

Ending ridiculously has Nick's horse turning into Mr. Ed, complaining to "Wilbur" about how silly the movie is.
