The firehouse interiors were filmed in the same Los Angeles building used for the interiors of the Ghostbusters' headquarters in both Ghostbusters films. The scene where a guy attempts to jump off the roof of a building was filmed on the roof of that building. However, the exteriors of the firehouse are a completely different building.
