Amateurish, obsolete, limp, tired, amorphous, boring... Typical for the level of Sergiu Nicolaescu of the last 32 years (his last good movie being "Osânda" / "Doom", 1976). Lame pastiches of the super-agent movies that can look only as ridiculous hybrids... Shameless distorting of history (but this isn't a surprise, is it?). A childish, flat and hilarious re-enacting of Ceausescu's so-called "summary trial an execution" (in truth, a political assassination ordered by Iliescu and enforced by Magureanu, Stanculescu and Voican-Voiculescu), with many details amiss, out of pure negligence... One of the most penible examples of "How Not" in movie-making.
