Sad Cat wants to be a musketeer like his brothers. So the fairy gadmouse shows up and makes him one.... conditionally.

Ugly, depressing, pointless, and dull, the only reason to see this is because it is a very early credit for Ralph Bakshi. Somehow, Sad CCat became a continuing character for Terrytoons, with the fairy gadmouse eventually replaced by Sad Cat's super ego, and a couple of decent gags inserted.
