Try to figure. Ignatz Mouse loves to throw bricks. Krazy is in love with him but still he pelts him/her/whatever with bricks. Krazy takes it and that means more of a pelting. In this one Officer Pup comes to the rescue. The awful little mouse is making life miserable for everyone. He actually rescues the cat and becomes a victim of the mouse's onslaught. It turns out, however, that there is another bad egg around and when your friends are in trouble you come to the fore. There is a clever scene where Ignatz tries to hide his bricks by turning them into a kind of Salvation Army charity bucket. There is also a duck who seems to hold no other position but to squawk and get in the way. There is also a lot of dancing. Pretty clever, showing that the people making these cartoons had learned a lot in a very few years.
