Dinky Duck makes friends with a scarecrow who is frightened of crows.

This was the theme of most of the Dinky Duck cartoons in this period. With a bright attitude and a chorus singing a purpose-writ song telling you what was on screen, he went about the Terrytoons studio inspiring characters to do what they lacked the self-confidence to do.

Those of you who have read my other reviews might think I dislike this character because of his simple message repeated in every one of his appearances. On the contrary, I applaud it. I don't care for the twee chorus, but that's another matter.
