Tossed out of the army of ghosts, Casper once again goes in search of friends. He encounters Nursery Rhyme characters,. All of them are terrified of him, of course, except for Little Bo Peep, who's too busy weeping over her missing sheep.

It's not the first time Casper had encountered character out of Mother Goose. 1950 saw ONCE UPON A RHYME and 1952's PIG-A-BOO did up the Three Little Pigs. The plot is the same as all of them, and the gags nothing special.
